I don't know if this is relevant anymore, but I know of this Thailand guy that buys Honda parts over to Singapore. and brings them here to install for youi for simple ones. I once bought engine mounts from him. and some FD accessories as well.

PM me if you want his thai number

i heard honda parts from thailand are much cheaper... really?

Absolutely! Everything is cheaper in Thailand than in SG la. Rem we are the world's most expensive country to live in.

And parts/accessories in Thailand are generally higher in quality than what we get over here. There OEM industries are able to produce really good quality parts, and they rely less on those China made junks.

Of cos. they are all FDs...

FD1=1.8 R18A SOHC

FD2=2L K20 DOHC

FD3= 1.3L Hybrid

FD4- 1.6 R16 (a SG only model, FD is not supposed to have 1.6)

Guys can advise

1) what is fd4 offset? 37?

2) what is a good handphone holder? I find the fd dash very long, can't use my previous holder plus it keeps falling off the window...some special coating there

3) can this HU fit our civic fd single DIN?

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008FYF9L8?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=ox_sc_act_title_1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER

4) anyone got civic manual book to borrow? I like to make a copy..

Thanks alot :)

1) Go to tyre shop if you really need help

2) Grip and go? if you want to have it hanging on the windscreen. Otherwise just buy something that you can put flat on the dash which is like a table to me.

3) Yes if you have the aftermarket bracket.

4) https://techinfo.honda.com/rjanisis/pubs/om/ACV080/ACV0808OM.pdf

Its for FA but generally about the same.
