Was quoted 127k for A3 sedan. Not a good price IMO

Is this the nett price after the SE sit down to work out the Maths? Or it's just the indicative price on the price list?

can your A3 drive select remember your last selection?

ie when you use your A3 drive select eg Dynamic, after you turn off engine and turn on again does the drive select remember your last drive select mode?

Yes...

Here is what I observed. Yes, it can remember your selection, however, the gear mode will always start at D mode even though your last selection is Dynamic which the gear should be in S mode. Anyone observe the same thing?

Yeah I observed the same for my car. Not sure is it software bug? And my radio volume fluctuates when I drive regardless of whether I disable the speed dependent volume thing or increase it to max.

For the radio issue, Audi replies it is a software bug, when radio signal is weak, it will switch from stereo to mono, which resulted in the volume dimming. Have to wait for software updates. LL must wait.

I read other forum. They say that the gear is in D mode when car started as to prevent ramping up the engine while it's still cold (e.g. start the car in the morning) before reaching normal operating temperature. So I guess, must keep this in mind not to shift to S mode before we see the four strip in the temperature indicator?

I find the car response better when drive select is dynamic BUT with the g ear set to D compared to default. I used this setting for normal driving now.

I tried that today but unfortunately it doesn't work ie after driving for more than 15 mins and at normal operating temperature the gear is still at D mode and stop-start is still active (when in Dynamic mode stop-start will be disabled automatically) although I'm still at previous day's drive select mode of Dynamic.

What I meant is it will not automatically shift to the S mode. We still need to manually shift it. Well.. I guess, it defeats the purpose of having it saved (especially for Dynamic gear mode) where we still need to manually shift to S or re-select the Audi Drive mode again.
