have been driving for about 8 months now I have experienced some not so refined moments with the A3:

1) engine break in gear 2 is somewhat overwhelming. like if you leave the car to coast at gear 2, speed will decrease in a not smooth manner.

2) when engine is warming you can hear the "tak" sound coming from the engine, although i cant feel the vibration from the cabin.

Anyone experience this?

hmm not thinking of upsizing rims? they do make the overall look of the car better. otherwise ysr garage is yr place to go if u just want to do a respray. they have holographic black too 🙂

 would love to but i've heard that it messes with the handling on the 1.0 models.. not sure but also kinda broke after buying the car.. so may have to wait.. 🙂 recommendations for alloys ?will check out ysr. 

 

For wrap's i've been quoted around 2.2 for 3M.. sounds like a good deal and seems like a common number across shops

New model probably arriving late 2020/2021 (if human hasn't perished under Covid19 by then ) 

Fully spec according to SE

Audi select, car play, USB port x2, comfort key, dynamic signal light, day running light, Audi UTR, 3m solar film, reverse cam  service and 5 years warranty. 

COE is going to be all time low anyway.

Fully specced would have ACC, park assist, blind spot assist, virtual cockpit so no it is not fully spec. Don't believe what the SE says 😂 

 

depends on individual, if u are happy driving an older model and won't get envy when the new model comes out in 2021 then go ahead. otherwise might as well wait. new one comes standard with virtual cockpit, touchscreen interface. just that the gear stick is tiny, not to everyone's liking.

As in West Coast?
There's one at a SPC station along Pasir Panjang Road and another at a Esso nearby..
