Turbocharged

Its pretty straightforward isn't it?

From a cost per kilometre travelled (assuming your driving pattern was exactly the same), RON 95 is more economical.

Now the only question that remains is whether RON 98 gives you more power than RON 95 and for that, you need to dyno it, or use some form of instrumented performance testing to verify.

i suspect pumping back to back different grade fuel, Dont think ECU will change much.. Edited by Pocus

Is the effect quite drastic?

I did not take any before and after pictures.

But I am satisfied with the effect because there are some 'patches' (probably due to sweat or whatever) that is 'wiped' off.

Anyway, it is free :)  so I don't expect much.

Before I left, another subaru came in.

Was told by my colleague who went down to the Expo car show last Saturday.

Now loan interest rate is 2.18% and only has $2000 for car trade. Finance and insurance rebate included in the listed price.

FXT listed $129,800. Final price will be $127,800 after car trade in. No other discount.

haha ok. Yours is the normal leather version right? I am thinking of the daily maintenance especially for the Black Edition Half-Alcantara Seats.

Would the maintenance be more of a headache compared to normal leather? And especially when it 'absorbs' the perspiration..

I have half alcantara seats for 6 years now, no issues whatsoever with maintenance. No smells also. Its more durable than expected.

Yes you are right. The price now is 127800. No further reductions.

Seems like the increment is quite significant compared to a couple of weeks back...

Just went to make payment this evening.

Heard from SE Expo sale not bad. They have collected enough bookings to last 2 months. How true I don't know.

Now best selling model is Forester. XV sale numbers has declined.

I also asked him about car shipment. Usually they will ship 70-80 cars per model.

Some interesting points for those bros who has intention to book.

As I told him my colleague who is interested in Forester too and his car expired in Jan 2017, he said he can do some adjustment beside the $2000 car trade in. Just hope you guys can get slightly better price with this information from your SE. Also buyer lock in to SE period is one month.

As I intended to change the stock speakers, he told me as long don't cut the wire it won't void the warranty. Have in fact order the forester 6x9 front speaker and dashboard tweeter bracket from Taobao..

Any Bros has changed their stock speakers?

What i really hate is Different SE says different thing. Mine told me if i change, their service centre reserve right to void warranty. Your says as long as dont cut wire.. there is nothing concrete from them.

And btw, last weekend suppose to be a good show with 2 month of order becos

1. Its year end, all wanna clock numver

2. We are 3 month to CNY liao

I did some research and have looked into the Head unit. In order to add a 4 to 6 channel amp and not cut the wire, you have to order another wire harness for the HU to do the connection. Too complicated to isolate without the schematic. As such the easiest way to improve the sound quality one notch up is to change better speakers. Choose the type of speakers according to your music taste. No need to cut any wire, no interference to any electronic signal and not detectable during servicing unless they remove the door cover or tweeter cover. Will need some slight modification to connect to the existing wire socket. Not too difficult and reversible. I really think it will not void the warranty as it is a straight forward component swap. In case if there is a problem, just swap the stock speakers and bring back to MI.

You can try to email to their customer service to get Black and White answer. Usually their standard answer is it will void warranty of related parts but they won't specify what are the related parts.
