If I'm not wrong this car was believed destroyed - BUT they found it recently in some sort of barn find -

 

Yes I've heard they used a fake double for the car...

 

But what a find if they found the original... the Miura still looks awesome after almost 50 years.

The history of the car is amazing -

The term "supercar" was invented for it,

One of the people driving the chassis development was a Kiwi!!

At launch, it was the fastest production road car available

It was the first to adopt the format of mid-engine two seat car...

With Fury Road out in the cinemas, i'll have to shout out for Max's Falcon XB. Still looking good after all these years. But lots of awesome cars and bikes in Fury Road.

Yeah - I want to see Fury Road, although having read the reviews (which are very good) I'm a little dubious as to whether I'll enjoy it
