Banz86 5th Gear June 10, 2015 Share June 10, 2015 Actually I quite like their show, they're crude but truthful on their car reviews. Just kinda bias especially if they are driving their fav cars. I like how the other 2 counters each other biasness.

Sp4wn Turbocharged July 31, 2015 Share July 31, 2015 already announced this morning. they are making 3 season tv show for amazon.com http://www.bbc.com/news/entertainment-arts-33715671 Former Top Gear hosts Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May have signed up to present a new show on Amazon's streaming video service. The trio will front three series of a new motoring programme for Amazon Prime, with the first season to be made available worldwide in 2016. The move follows their departure from the hit BBC Two show earlier this year. Clarkson's contract was not renewed following an "unprovoked physical attack" on a Top Gear producer. His co-hosts then followed him in leaving the show. They will now make the unnamed new programme with former Top Gear executive producer Andy Wilman, who also quit the BBC following the "fracas".

ins1dious Turbocharged July 31, 2015 Share July 31, 2015 Hi bro, what is this Prime subscription? How to sign up? Thanks! Amazon Prime is a US$ 99/a year service. Gives free 2-day shipping and discounts on items and kindle e-books which I like. Also includes instant streaming of movies / TV shows / Music. For Prime Instant streaming of music/movies/tv shows, I think you have to be behind a VPN... which I get with myRepublic broadband for free. Prime also gives unlimited space for your photos for free (like Google Photos)... but not for videos (unlike Google Photos) so that's not so useful. For pure streaming of shows, $99/year is too much. There are cheaper and/or "free'er" solutions. Paying $99/year is useful if you buy stuff from Amazon US regularly... some electronics, books, CD etc. For example last year, I bought an Apple router, a kindle, a couple of car adaptors and cables... and that almost made up the cost of Prime http://www.mycarforum.com/topic/2693822-amazon-free-shipping-to-sg-125-good-buys/

US99/year is too much? I'm currently paying close to SGD50 (incl GST) a month for starhub's movie box office pack, US99, seems like huge saving instead ... Additionally, can you buy off Amazon UK as well or only specific for Amazon US? I kinda find the UK site cheaper for certain items when doing a comparison between both. Separate subscriptions for US and UK sites... which sucks a bit... The Prime collection isn't vast like Netflix.. but that's like double the cost without any of the other perks of Prime... So $99/year is a pretty good deal I guess. ↡ Advertisement
