If that Clubman concept caught your eye, it's reality now.

Turbocharged

Only thing that bugs me is the tail-lights cluster shape, it's this odd-looking oblong... other than that, looks great

I know the split in the middle is the signature look but a bit odd to see the thick pillar in the rear view mirror

Neutral Newbie

This caught my eyes too! Can't wait to see the car in actual. Was pretty excited with the new mini 5-Doors, but found it not so comfortable in getting in/out of the car (i have stiff back).

The new Clubman is listed at around $148k. What do you think is a reasonable sales price I can get from the AD?

If that is the case, its quite ex. With that price ($148k), one does have a lot of choices such as A180, CLA, B180, 116d....

As compared to those choice you mentioned, it is like apple vs orange le.

Clubman is an estate le.

The only fair comparison is CLA shooting brake.

Lastly, Mini is having a roadshow in Great World on the weekend.

For me, its more of a price point that I was doing a comparison as a premium small car. So it is more of comparing a Fuji Apple vs. Granny Smith Apple... still apple but different taste and size.Plus, its not that big to be considered as an estate car as the size of the back is comparable to a Honda Jazz.  [nod]

That being said, I do like the current design of the Clubman as it is way more practical than before and the build quality is outstanding.

Lets see what they offer at the roadshow.  [;)]
