All Audi look alike

Old model, new model oso look alike

Whoever said the Germans are a hardworking lot? Good at photocopying yes but definitely not hardworking.....lol

It’s an art and also science to make it same same but different.

Kudos to the Germans

Get RS BKK if u can to avoid insurance issues.

Last time i checked its in the region of 4 to 5k front pair, up to 8k for front + back. The kit should include calipers, rotors, ssbh, brake pads. One more thing, check ur rims clearance first b4 u buy, RS6 8 potters are massive.

How the insulation after the wheel arc done? Recommended?

Not as idea as it would be.

But did sound dampening and acoustic treatment on the door made vast improvement against road nosie

And it don't "sound good" ...

Cause the cabin is less subjected to road noise...

Driving A3, used to be so quiet, most of the noise comes from the wheels. A4 using individual suspension compared to torsion beam of A3 so should be more quiet.

Pondering to change tires or dampen the wheel arc? Been using for 1.5 years, tires should still be soft. Inspected the tire threads, still good.

actually i have used quite a number of tyres..... perfomance, touring and comfort tyres

to be honest, tyre noise is apparent in all of them. i dont feel a significant increase in noise when i change from comfort to performance tyre.

but when i move on to different kind of roads, the road noise can differ a lot

so maybe insulation is a better option

Will opt for better grip tires next time then. The bodyroll caused by the small rims can be quite uncomfortable. Then got time, will do wheel arc. Thanks for the inputs. Edited by Gapyear

sorry, hope u won't find me long winded

grip and roll quite different. for better grip, performance and wider tyres will help

but to negate roll, i think u need stiffer suspension and thicker strut bar and antiroll bar.
