I had mine around 144k when COE was at 31k. 2.0 turbo packs a punch plus the build quality, rear leg room and good boot space plus the virtual cockpit and electric seats (no memory though). I think the value for money is there. Driven it for over a year now and still very happy with the comfort, all the things I wanted for my car except the SLine package will be a bonus. I think same for w205? really happy with my A4... have Cornering light as standard, 3 zone aircon, keyless entry all 4 doors, electric rear door child lock. Furthermore, the A4 is made in Germany. Even legroom is better. But you have to check the feature list, and do an apples to apples comparison.
