Finally, a decent commercial ...

One that earn my rare thumbs up...

And one that earn my tears ....

If my kids are so well-behave or understanding, my wife and my life are really well worth living so far ...

Children of low income families are quite matured and understanding.

However the parents must show that they love them and teach them the correct value that is more important.

See the millennial and strawberry kids are all so good.

Its the parents that are close minded and ignorant.

As my colleague's son said to her,

"why must always scold me? Can tell me nicely and I will do one." [thumbsup]

This has always been my management philosophy.

For the last 13 years as a manager I have never scolded a staff.

I wish more managers did this. However the more managers abuse

their staff, blame them for their own faults and steal their staff's credit,

take out their bad moods on their staff the more these managers make me look good.

Thank you to all the managers for doing this. Please treat your staff more unfairly

and abuse your power more. What's the point of power if you cannot abuse it.

I hope my kids will grow up like that but in this day and age ... the current generation is growing up with a sense of entitlement. "I am entitled to this" and "I should get that".

The girl in the video will grow up like our parents ... slogging their way from nothing to build what we have today. I am not sure if my or our children will have the same verve and drive to work their butt off.

I am apprehensive about our future ... our state. Once we lose the hunger, we lose the fight.

Lest we forget our roots.

Haha no lah. This one internet so I just bluff about being a good boss.

Actually I like to bully my staff, steal their credit and blame them for all

my mistakes and pinch them very hard when they are not looking.

You know the very small pinch that is very pain? I like to do that a lot.

I like to crack jokes when they are concentrating and then they lose

concentration and make mistakes and then I can scold them more.

Haha its more fun to be evil and abuse the staff every day until I look

forwards to going to work on Mondays. Please don't believe everything

you read on the net. Many people are just pretending to be better than they are.

Age is not a measure of maturity, life circumstance is....

Those from lower income families are forced to grow up faster and more matured....

Like what Bro said, with the right guidance from parents, they will continue to grow and glow and contribute to our society :)

Actually, polytechnic has all kinds of assistance for students from poor family. And many poly students study and work part time.

People should take parenting very seriously

and the most important thing to teach kids is

the value of money and respect for parents

and kids should be taught from young to

give 50% of their income to their parents.

They should also be taught to study hard

so that they can get a good job so they can

pay for their parent to go around the world

in style when they retire.

Parenting is not easy but they are the values

kids should have. I teach them only bcos I love them.

Of course not! They imparted me with different values. [thumbsup]

When I was small I asked them what they wanted me to be when I grew up.

They said they just wanted me to be a good boy and being rich was not important.

No point gaining the whole world but losing your soul.

So now I am too poor to send them around the world in style

but that is something I want to do and its really the thought that counts.

They also taught me never look at the value of a gift but that the person

was thinking about you when they bought you the gift. So now I always

pack some char kway teow for them every time see them.

These are their values and not mine and I told my kids forget the

char kway teow, your mum and me are looking forward

to the expensive holiday.
