Thanks clement for taking the effort to checking it out for me.

That is what I find strange, you guys said ur is one complete piece while mine is 2 separate piece connecting n the leak is at the joint parts. My previous cars do not have this problem at all. During 1k servicing, the guy told me is normal but seriously, I think it's bxxlshxt. Will sent it back again when I have the time or at 10k servicing.

Confirmed, it is a two piece with hose and funnel.

But it does not leak at the joint like yours.

Hi Pringle,

Do you manage to get your ride with successful bid?

Hey,
Mine is 48k too...
Yes the demand is 200%,
However, the bid price did not go up significantly, despite the high demand.

This means no one is topping up, everyone is just ridding the bids, and try their luck.

Hi Pringle,

Glad to hear that and Congrat to you with your new ride.

I was asked top up too that and it was 4K and neg to 3K to round up the whole deal to $105K.  I will be collecting most likely next week as I have asked them to change the whole seats to one tone in black.

How much did you top up then?

I am not very sure that the invecs can simulate a conventional auto trans feel.

More like it adjusts to your driving habits and adopts the optimum shift pattern in the process.

Perhaps this causes the jerk problem in the cvt.

I had the glove box problem after collecting vehicle.

The C&C workshop will drill a bigger hole for the catch and problem goes away.

It is definitely a design oversight, I never encountered this problem in my previous cars.

bro happened to read this post. share my experience only-

glove box cannot snap fit to close may be caused by misaligned glove box catch / loop.

cvt shouldn't jerk, at least i didnt encounter for 70k km since new, my habit varied as well, sometimes gentle sometimes spirited, at times switch to manual mode to enjoy small snail effect..

There are a few ASX owners reported that glove box cannot close properly.

C&C workshop drilled the catch opening bigger and problem was solved.

So not sure if it is an alignment problem.

I also experience the jerky CVT occasionally when driving at slow speeds.

It is only for a brief moment and not all the time, so did not do anything about it.

Other ASX owners also reported the same thing.

One ASX owner reported that resetting the TCU does not seem to help.

Did not encounter this in my previous car using CVT.

Not sure what is the problem, guess we just have to live with it.

Congratulations on your new ride!  [thumbsup]

ASX still not a common sight on S'pore roads.

Can see Vezel / HRV everyday but not ASX.

So it is not a common car to see.

Whatever happened to the existing ASX owners?

All have migrated to SG ASX Facebook?

Hey Yeong,

Yup top up to 105 too, but still a good value lah, since COE now is stable at 57.

So u took Red also?

Since u said u are changing your seat to full black.

Thanks, and yes, a lot of them move to FB....

My CVT so far so good, smooth drive and pickup...love it !!

This is my first Mitsubishi... Was all the while a Honda-man. But decide to ditch the Vezel for ASX this time round...was a very good decision, thanks to my buddy recommendation !!

Hmm... repeated text in your post.

Amazing a VTEC guy 'converted' to MIVEC!  [confused]

But I still think VTEC gives better Power / FC than MIVEC.

It is also my first Mitsubishi.

Personally, think that the finishing / build quality is not as good as Toyota/Nissan.

e.g. External side mirrors, dashboard, door panels and ugly welding marks visible in engine compartment front strut mounting panel.

Thats why its the cheapest 2l car. The jerking of the car depends on how u step on the pedal. Step more to the right and u will not get that problem. Also pump petrol 98 will also helps - the ride os so much smoother...

Haha... My bad, was typing during a conversation, so got the engine type mixed up....

You are right... On the FC.... Realised it often 200km;

Need to change my driving habits slightly on how I handle a VTEC and now a MIVEC.

VTEC driving pattern is too heavy on FC, when use on a MIVEC

Hi,

If from Fulco, get the team leader and her name is Jessie.

She is good to nego and managed to get my seat changed to one tone without additional top-up and get the car cam and the 500 services package (which is only one choice of either the car cam or 500 services package).

Hi all! My first post here.

Anyone deal with se name michelle at Fulco? Is she Good?

Thanks for the recommendation bro.

Booked my car with Michelle and had a hard time to communicate with her.

I also ask for change to single tone seat but she insist must top up, you are so lucky.

Why you still proceed with the booking with her if you found that she is so hard to communicate with?

If you want, I will check with the team leader, Jessie whether is she under her care. Try to get her help to you..

Maybe you could let me know what is your situation now?
