Visited PPSL over a year ago, usually its about $1k disc for the cars. All cars have undergone 360 degree check and will enjoy an additional year of wararnty.

 

Not sure about overtrade though cos my negotiations did not reach there.

 

My info may not be current. Just that I saw a few 116ds on the PPSL website.

Hi all,

i've recently gotten a F20 116D.

loving everything about it, cept the hassle to mount a bike rack. was looking around and seems like the tow hitch bike rack is something i would like to explore.

anyone has any experience with this?

i am checking on the older version of the tow hitch made for E87 by CURT (model 11184), thinking of modding it to fit on the F20. i found one that would work with the F20 but it is with a towball, instead of a 1 1/4" or 2" receiver.

i don't have any sort of measurements (on the long horizontal bar if it would fit), i tried contacting both CURT and Schmiedmann. no replies. i'm THIS close to ordering the 11184 just to give it a shot.

sidenote, i'm in singapore. so i would have to import everything and THEN find someone to install it. don't have access to tools to measure or check anything.

below are the 2 towbars, almost similar cept for the towball and receiver.

Can anyone advise if the 1 series hatchback boot is able to accommodate 1 big, 1 medium and 2 small luggage? I'll be renting one in Europe this Dec.
