Milleage said to be 70k plus..

 

What to look out for for a resale 1 series?

In terms of maintenance and 70kish milleage. What should be looked out for.

I heard the its on timing chain and its prone to snap at 100k. Hee.

No doubt the drivibility. Its sure fun to drive. Rear cramped nvm. Coz mainly for 2. And occasionally for 1 or 2 kids at back. Hehe.

Fuel pumps. Oil leaks common issues?

BMW should have make a in between model like a 120i using B48 engine similiar to X1/X2 20i or the Mini Cooper S Clubman engine.

But I guess they wanna sell more M135i instead if you want power.

The BMW 3 cylinder engines are pretty rattle free, compared to the Mitsubishi Attrage's 3 cylinder.

hmm i know of 116d owners who probably near 5th years and 100000km and still driving the car....

if you worry, can always get a workshop to check up the car before purchase.....

 

I think some is also selling as car reaching 5 years.. 

whoever want to buy, let me know, i can pop a message in the chat group to see if anyone interested to sell..

 

but lately pl offer super high Over TRade, so also a few buddy went to pml to Over trade and get new car instead....

Any idea what's the overtrade being offered now? Previously was offered $12,000 off the list price for the new 118i F40.
