The letter has given him within 8 days for 2 choices Admit the claim or Dispute the claim If he Admit the claim, does he require to pay the amount claimed and costs of $800 to the Plaintiff or his solicitor within 8 days from the date of the letter. Is it interest related?? or for non payment of certain charges or is it for principal non repayment, margin call, finance ... or something else??... nowadays bank sell so many products, exotic ones also for high end high net worth individuals until it get really complicated As a Bank they must have exhausted the normal avenues reasonably hard like coming to a new payment plan before they shoot Demand Letters Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
