Go for Mazda 3. I am driving one. But if your wife is not a driver and she doesn't like the engine noise then forget it, just go for altis.

I sleep in my car while waiting for my PM shift once a week.

A brand new mz3 engine startup is as loud as diesel pickups. I thought a pickup parked next to me... [dead]

Sylphy 1.8

are you columbian78 in disguise ?  [laugh]

Kia K3 has rear air con and front air con seat. Seriously you should take a look. Equipment a lot better than Altis.

Mazda 3 well equipped but the rear space is small.

toyota will say they only need the front vent cos sibei cold.

Really is sibei cold.

If i'm having a fever in my old altis, the only option is to switch off the AC. Even 27 degrees also cannot.

Anyway if got family, i vote for any car with 6 airbags which altis doesn't have.

Wish has though. MZ3 must be quite a squeeze in the rear. 2 adults, 2 kids? must be dam squeezy.

Mazda 3 rear space is always tight. For spacious interior, still think altis consider the best. Air-con vent rear have or not actually not that important, cause if the air-con is cold enough, front air-con vent is sufficient.

Yes it's not spacious for rear seat. But still ok for my family. But if travelling long journey it is not comfortable at all. Under such circumstances I admit I tend to drive fast and aggressively to try to reach my destination ASAP.

Air-con not powderful? Think only choice is buy altis liao. Altis is well known for powderful air-con.

But still not as powerful as Proton air-con!  [nod]

don't be proud of air-con too cold, it most probably cabin temperature sensor failure, air-con compressor always running at max load, burning a lot extra fuel [thumbsdown]
