Any recommended workshop with reasonable labour charges?

Hi all, have some question about finding outside workshop. 

Car is a Nissan Note, previously been serviced at TC. Upcoming will be 120k servicing. If I am going to independent WS, will the WS know what work needs to be done at 120k servicing?
I looked at the owner's manual, it tells me info like recommended EO and fluids, but I did not find more detailed servicing requirements.

do I share this list with the independent WS and tell them to do everything on this list? And if so, how do I verify that they have done everything on this list?

Also noticed there is one item called "Engine Tuning with Nissan Diagnostic Computer". Is this something that only AD WS can do, or maybe certain indep WS (Nissan specialist or otherwise) also have?
