Was looking at pulsar during car show earlier this year and my wife fell in love with it.

Sadly they were selling at almost 100k then with parf value less than 5k, the price was insane for a hatchback.

Fast forward and bought the swift 1.4a at 83k. Still kinda regret not getting pulsar for the larger size, its a direct switch from the older latio sports hatchback.

At least my pocket is more comfortable every month.

20k extra for pulsar?

I think pocket is important bro

Swift is a good choice.

Both swift and pulsar are legends in their own way

If Nissan had priced the pulsar <90k, I'm sure it will sell like hot cakes.

Their equivalent competitors will be jazz at 90k before it was sold out, swift at 81k/83k before it was sold out, mazda 2/3 hb.

Now the only hatchbacks in the jap competition are Mazda 2/3 and pulsar looks relatively a more budget buy now since jazz and swift already out of stock.

I'm using 95 now. First pump was 98. Getting FC about 15+km/l in eco

hmm so FC 15+ is 95 in eco?

any feedback for normal mode driving?

cos I doubt I will use eco.. lol

(edited)

Use 95. Best fc was 16.7 km per litre eco mode. Usually 11 to 14km/l in eco mode depends on road type and traffic.

Car manual say 95. Just pump 95. No need for 98

Yup correct, is based on my per pump and onboard FC calculator. Have not used normal mode.

If per ride on expressway, can go up to 16+ on ECO.

Been driving the Pulsar for about 2 months now.

Averaging FC 14.5km/l in eco. Best was 18+, but have not come close to it again since.

Not sure if this is the right word, but anyone else finds it a little 'jumpy' during gear shifts or initial acceleration sometimes?

Folding mirrors - wasn't told as option during purchase. maybe they just added in. so this cost $300?
