Though for long periods, we were unimaginative and toothless in attack. Yes, we are in the CL, albeit with a qualifying round. Season in Perspective, up till December, we were scintillating, then we fell apart in Jan/Feb when we lost PC and Mane, plus some injuries to the the others. Even then should have enough to carry us thru yet somehow we have to wait till the last day of the season to grab the coveted top 4 spot. With our current bench, think should really have a net surplus of 3-5 players after the incomings subtracted by the outgoing, so as to have a good first 11 + 7 subs/reserves. What I feel we need, a striker, a pacy winger, a mobile midfield destroyer, a centre defender and a left back. These additions, would easily bust the $100M mark, given the current inflation rates. In the meanwhile, hoped we get a kind draw in the CL qualifying round. Will be looking out for the transfer rumours and new recruits. YNWA. Obviously we should aim for league title and CL. We have to. I don't want to wait too long for the league title. And I don't want us to be like arsenal keep on qualifying but don't even try to win it. Klopp has to go for it and strengthen the squad.
