i thought those younger couples around 30 of age like that place?

Yes, the town itself has a fresh exciting mix. Lots of young families, due to the large number of BTO flats.

But they have also come to realise that getting in and out is a pain. So when their 5 years is up, look out for good deals.

Even now, my friends still buy that place, given that if you want a BTO, that's one of the cheaper options available, so if you want a government subsidy, it's good value.

And many of them won't have a car.

Those who rely on cars will be quite unhappy with the traffic.

Turbocharged

Punnggol has two main roads in and out..

That's a recipe for jams. Despite exhortations by the government, I still advise my friends from joining the hordes in the early morning exodus out of the area.

Well thats visionary planning from you know who....

That's why you must drive a big ass SUV

Then other people knock you, they will come out and grief over their own damage

Something like this would be good

The picture tells a story .... :wut:

Its either the SUV got a tall ass or the female has a short ass ...

The SUV wheel right at her ass ... :slow:

Just saw this white vios parked at sheng siong woodlands carpark, dunnoe if it is the same car in the video.

The front bumper only left half of it, later see if I can snap the picture of the car.

Btw, it is a Malaysian car. Not sg registered car.

No-right turn here & yes he chiong red light...

If the larger mpv t-bone the mid sized saloon instead would be more casualties and fatal collision.

It was green for him, but not supposed to do right turn there. That's how he ended up getting into an accident.

Guys, I always ask this question but not sure of the answer.

If you see a car coming too fast at you from your rear view mirror and collision is inevitable, do you step on the foot brake harder or do you let go brakes and just brace for impact at whatever front vehicle in front of you.

Which one will be the safer to minimise injuries?
