Alot of buyer interest? So mostly drop prediction?

Very hard to predict nowadays.

Not really.

If Uber and Grab is not coming in to bid, COE prices can be quite predict able.

Agree with you and Vinceng, these days the big IF is depending on uber/grab companies.

Cat A 48-52k

Cat B 50-54k

There's the usual CNY rush so there's still a demand.

Some will also want to bid before the motor show.

I really like the solid euphoria of the economy that never say die attitude. I remember last time was auntie uncle speculate on stocks. Now we see tech recession n us giants pulling back. China flexing it's prowess. Japan getting back on being able to go to war. Malaysia 1mdb crisis. North Korea aggressive stance and still no one thinks the world is due for a major correction on the subprime and interest rate. I keeping my ammo for the release of the absd as that yield more investment opportunities..

Many negative things happen for this yr, and nothin seems to be able to bring down the coe price.

It's either pte hirer stop bidding or a ww3

If uber/grab not bidding much, coe should drop a bit. Cause based on past few coe bidding, seems like demand is not really high except from uber/grab.
