They do targeted promotions nowadays.

Once I used a couple of supreme+ vouchers in a row, and then when the next round of vouchers came - it was all for supreme+ only... Nothing for normal ron95 gas.

cos my Esso MC account doesn’t have the $5 one but my wife’s Smiles card (she use OCBC NTUC cc) have.

Do note that you cannot stack vouchers of different amounts in 1 transaction. Stack vouchers of same amounts, can.
