Called SPC Jurong East and was told that can get vouchers only if your SPC&U card is issued with the vouchers.  Not sure how true....

The SPC staff told me that need to tap your SPC card to check and will give the vouchers if you are entitled.  Anyone else with more information please share.

That's true, but I found it diificult to phrase it in my post.

But, these days I am just a moderate fuel user as my workplace is shifted much nearer to my home.

But, whenever I pump petrol, it is at this station.

Yah.. I pumped petrol there this afternoon n the cashier says my card no have the coupons so cannot give me..  😢😢

Yesterday was pumping at that station and saw the guy infront of me got this voucher.

ask cashier how to get it and she told me same thing as what you mentioned.

If the vouchers are given to SPCnU, why is there a need to give physical voucher?

Yeah, they should tie it to the card and outlet. Then there will be no more scalpers selling.

Perhaps can just limit it to 1 booklet per card mah.. not so restrictive.  I have pumped at that station several times in the past, though not in recent months.  Perhaps that's why no coupons for me.
