Could be another IU or CC empty panicky maneuvering into road shoulder carelessly without checking left side wind mirror blind spots.

always wonder why some people want to take that kind of risk performing such a stunt, or e-brake before the gantry.

just drive thru the gantry if fast hand/leg can't insert the cashcard on time before going under the gantry..

it's not about being able to afford the $10 'admin fee'... paying that is better than risking all sort of potential inconveniences

Test knowledge which car A,B,C got priority to move first.

B got give-way sign, so must give way to A and C. C turning right so must give way to A going straight. So A, C then B.

In this case, how to pay the insurance?

C pay for A and B?

OR

C pay for A, and B pay for C?

I guess something must have happened on the minibus which prompted the bus driver to pull the minibus to the side of the express way... Perhaps that is why he turned on the hazard lights... nonetheless, it was very reckless of the minibus driver to suddenly filter inwards at such a steep angle (which created many blind spot for himself/herself) and without due consideration for other cars... unfortunately for the minibus driver, he couldn't see the motorbike because of the blind spot and in the process he hit a motor bike...

Shucks, i hope the biker is ok.. he must have crashed into the barriers.. needs to practise defensive riding..

It happened because at least one of the three drivers also thought this kind of accident would not happen. And judging from the outcome, maybe two drivers thought it would not happen. Edited by Ct3833

Think it's been said plenty of times.

From the perspective of the person forgetting to insert his cash card, there is no loss since the person who rear ends him is 100% at fault. [laugh]

Unable to tell from the picture, it depends on how far the merce had stuck out his head at thetime of accident.

How do you reckon? If the Mercedes was on a major road going straight, he had priority.

By traffic law, he is not at fault.

But insurance may reckon partial liability because they love collecting money from everybody.[rolleyes]

I am reffering to Car B as the merce which is not on the main road. If a car is going straight on the main road then it is a clear cut case of no faults.
