When the car park is full there will be a line of cars parked in the centre of the parking area. This makes it difficult for cars vertically parked by the sides to get out or for cars to go in should a lot be available. merc280v6 6th Gear August 9, 2017 Share August 9, 2017 Under the law of easement (which applies to the right of way) the silver car will lose his case in court if he litigates - by stubbornly refusing to give way and thereby causing hardship to the taxi driver (e.g. the opportunity cost of not being able to ply the roads, to earn his due fares) ... while the taxi driver will probably be charged with an act of mischieve, albeit on a mitigated sentence - due to the aggravated circumstance. Lose-lose case lah. As someone else mentioned, it would have turned out much less acrimonious, if the silver car had allowed the taxi to drive away, and he then, take the latter' parking slot. 7 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
