If they let anyone filter into the expressway in front, it means that they have a small dick, so all these people who speed up to block others must have damn big dicks. Every time I see all these trailers, king kong lorrys and big wheelers keep less than half a car distance with each other on the expressways, I feel the urge to go in front of them to zham brake and see how they stop. Both times no load. Good ideal... But, common understanding is that loading & unloading is for goods vehicles. (vans, pick-ups, lorries and trucks) @mustank pick-up Passenger vehicles not qualify ... Ever saw a Wish doing unloading at the loading & loading bay in HDB kenna summon. Driver was doing delivery of dry stuff to the coffee shop. Driver argue with 'Osman' and 'Osman' explained that the coffee shop is below the MSCP and he should use the MSCP instead.
