The wait at these mechanised parking can be frustrating. Thomson Medical has (or at least it used to have) it and I had experienced it. So I try to avoid it previously when I had to go there.

When the ABM building was completed towards the end of 2016, a few car clubs were invited to display their rides in the ABM building for photo and video taking. It took us more than 2 hours to load up 30 cars, each car taking about 5 minutes. Caused some traffic congestion while queueing outside the building. It was worth the hassle as the photos and videos turned out awesome. From the block of flats opposite the ABM building we could take photos of the whole ABM building with each of our rides like toy cars in a vending machine.

 

Spoke to Gary the owner, each of the car lift system cost about $2M and there were 2 lifts in the ABM building.
