Pool's starting XI vs Watford: Mignolet, Alexander-Arnold, Lovren, Matip, Moreno, Henderson, Can, Wijnaldum, Salah, Mané, Firmino

Nice to see Moreno back. Deserves the start based on preseason imo. Hopefully he can show his maturity and grab the chance given.

Forget about Coutinho, let's cheer for those who are here fighting for the shirt!!

Very poor showing from Pool. Credit must go to Watford. Very aggressive in their play and direct. First goal is the usual poor set piece marking, nothing much to say. Second goal conceded is really a poor defensive shape taken defending that throw in.

With no Coutinho, no one to pull the strings in midfield. Pool look very very soft in the centre of the park. Offensive build up is too rash, no point keep going long if Salah or Mane are not going to get through. The equaliser came from a patient build up.

Can Pool turn it round in the second half? They really have to be more incisive in their passing. Keep in on the ground and look for openings.

Oh ya, Salah trying too hard to impress. Affecting his decision making

Again, conceded from set piece to throw away 2 points.

Pool scored 2 very nice goals, worthy to win this match. But defending again cost Pool.

Pool have enough chances to kill off the game but didn't take them. Haiz

Always rate Marco Silva, I think Watford will do well under him.

It's an understatement to say pool could do well without couti.

Haiz........

I am afraid without Coutinho, our offensive approach play have to be limited to quick switching from wide areas.

Coutinho with his dribbling ability, is able to draw players to him, hence creating space for our offensive line to operate. Without him on the pitch, we have to work harder to create space.
