The things you read online are really just the media trying to make things look worse than they seem, typical propaganda stuff. I got the X since launch and I haven't had any issues. A pretty good phone that gets things done, fast. Runs games smooth as a baby's butt. Only downside is the app resolution optimization. Like some apps you run on the X will have black borders. Not big of an issue since the screen is OLED so you can't really tell the bezels apart from the screen. Not saying it's the best phone out there, but I'd say it's better than the iPhone 8. The estimated sales for the entire iPhone range for Y2018Q2 is between 50-55m. So does SD expect all of the iphone sales to be only the OLED X models? Quite a few people going around with X though. yeah i think the market is just slow. the chinese manufacturers are also slowing down. huawei sales also contracted. maybe it's time to try chinese. the note 8 price is still 1050. Samsung OLED pluck the number from the air I guess. 50mil per Q? Maybe they expect to sell another 20-30mil for the S8 and Note8 but fall short.
