Unfortunately only ipad mini is worth considering, other android 8" tablet does not really have good spec, unless you go for huawei without google eco system.

But mine not very sweet. Taste is quite strong though. This box about 16 seeds or more for $4, cheaper than at SS and NTUC. Another stall was selling at 3 for $10.

Try this...bought from ntuc but not all ntuc has it.

Other than non-stir, the good part is that the only ingredient is roasted peanuts, nothing else added.

loot this smart lock from indiegogo project, just install over the existing lock, no need to dismantle anything, with a keypad to open from outside.

Have set up the phone access and keypad, remote unlock, auto lock after leaving the house, still exploring other features.  Good thing is if battery run out and for old folk who doesn't know how to use, can still do the old way of unlocking from inside the house or key to unlock from outside the house.
