After so many sessions, I think the sleeve easier cos I got spray and cream. Never thot of this but let it be lah, see the sleeve can last how long

I use sleeves on longer ride.  Face and neck still need sunblock.

No matter how bad a banana or apple is, you can still tolerate it. Lousy navel orange is like lousy mandarin orange. Feel like just chucking it away.

 

I bought 10 of these small tangerines (about 5cm in diameter) from local fruit stall. It's very sweet and cost $1.70. They sell at $3 per kg. So I think it's rather cheap compared to orange, considering the skin is very thin, and you get to eat 90% of the fruit. Fairprice sells $6 for 800g. Good for fibre. 😁

Its OK ..... tks .. always never trusted this QOO10 too much ; Final price becomes like $44.99 plus shipping (about another $3.99)...so becomes $50 ; besides dunno how old the shoes are and dont seem to be even  average for that fact (besides everything is in Kimchi lingo ) but for casual use they should be fine...... also this cashback thingy is if you buy like beyond $150/-

When I spent one over year in Suzhou next to Yang Cheng Lake, during season can eat all you want. But I one year only take maximum 4 pcs. Too much work for me. 😂
