Stainless steel?

yup. Well strictly speaking most of these skillets/pans for frying/cooking usually have multiple layers of different materials, given the modern manufacturing processes and material sciences.

Only cast iron/uncoated claypots are really WYSIWYG

Happy Call non stick uses PTFE (ie Teflon).
Ceramic cookware uses a silicon dioxide type of coating, of which is even more uncertain what health risks is involved.

There are only 2 so called true traditional non stick,
- one is enamel/porcelain covered cookwhere like your Le Creuset cast iron dutch oven or your traditional enameled chinese claypots
- 2nd one is carbon steel/cast iron which has polymerised oil acting as non stick coating
Whether polymerised oil is so called safe is debatable also given how oil reacts under repeated heating, but that's another topic for another day. But these are the two traditional methods that at least have some 100-200 years of history.

Recently bought a replacement rice cooker with stainless steel pot. I thought it might be healthier than aluminium pot. Less aluminium to ingest. 😁

My pressure cooker pot is non-stick coated teflon. It seems to rub off on my food, After heating (keep warm) for a long period of time, the food taste weird with metallic taste. Now, I found a SS pot, and will try cooking and see if it's due to the teflon.

I'm using the same brand as you I guess, the Sona one which you rec to me years ago.

Mine is fine, but i dont keep it prolonged heated. I just cook and remove it. No visible scratches to the interior over the years, I try to be careful when i use my metal scoop with drain holes.

My rice cooker also usual teflon coated. But that one only use the plastic rice spatula, so should be minimal damage.

I bought a ss pot, after measuring, from shopee. It fit the Sona, except it's about 2mm thicker, just a little bit harder to close the top due to the silicone seal. So far, I've cooked rice and peanut soup. There is no weird taste unlike the original pot, after a long time at "keep warm". My old pot coating may be "wearing out", I dunno. The new ss pot is a nice investment. 😁  Now I can cook with acidic vinegar without much concern.

The pressure cooker is very useful to me. I like to start cooking at "Saute" with cover off, oil, garlic, onion, veg/meat. Then I just add uncooked rice and water. Cover it, switch to pressure cooking "White rice".  And it's done. Then I leave at keep warm. I cooked enough for lunch and dinner. Lazy way, but I get 2 meals and only 1 pot to clean.

1212 loot has arrived...recommended by a bro here...

Always skeptical about BT earpiece...this one is not bad for the price under 40 dollah...deafening noise cancellation...immediately couldn't hear my own voice when I put them on while talking to my son...shall try it out on the noisy mrt tomorrow 😁

No overwhelming bass, decent treble tho a bit more will be nice, vocal is clear albeit a bit hollow.

The ear pods need some adjustments to get the best balanced sound stage...

Just as good as my wired seinheiser earpiece at similar price.

8/10 from me for the performance and price.

Only gripe is the super tiny print on the manual...so much wasted space...need to also loot a magnify glass...😅

I also bought one (different model) to try, ok for day to day listening while traveling, but the sound stage not good for listening to acoustic and vocal songs.
