Hi new vezel driver here.

 

I saw there S mode and L mode, just to check, to change to this mode, do I need to depress the brake or can just change it?

I know for reverse and Park I will require to, but during drive mode, u need to constant driving it, so still require to depress the brake first before changing to sport mode or up hill the L mode?

No, you don’t have to engage the brakes to engage S or L mode, but the general recommendation will be to not depress on the accelerator when you need to engage those two or you’ll end up on a very high rev, do not engage while on high speed as well

thank~~ just to check anyone here does some paint protection? is this useful or gimmick? so many type I look until burr also very pricely.. from 280 to a 2K..

I have a honda vezel, mileage is about 69000km. Recently all my warning indicators came up. They called it the christmas tree lights or something like that when i went to the workshop. They suspected it was the spark plug so i changed that and the problem did not go away, I then changed the coil as well, the problem went off but as i starting driving home the warning lights have shown up again. So i brought to another workshop and they said its carbon build up, got them to clean the fuel injectors as they suspected it was that. After that , the lights are still there, even after diagnose with the computer. Any suggestions as to what maybe wrong? The car feels like its misfiring when i stop at traffic lights. Like a light vibration and then stops, then again a vibration and it stops. Starting from the traffic light or stopping at a traffic light has no issues, no vibrations, just that when its idle. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

This is useful to a certain extent. It’ll help keep the car easy to wash and shiny for a period of time but I would say that $2k will be crazy as you can do a new paint job at that price point..

 

I think all coating no matter cheap or expensive will wear out at a similar rate. Normally 6 month can start to see it wearing off already. Another thing will be to avoid washing your car with soap to prolong the effect.

 

Workmanship is what we are looking for in PPS, price does not equate to perfect delivery. So do your research and read up on reviews (take note to spot fake reviews as well) before you put your money in

Hi all,

 

Anyone have any experience with SG Car Choice?

Their Vezel 1.5x MY18/19 Sensing seems to be the lowest in the market and comes with a lot of accessory as well.

 

Will go down to see their showroom but want to hear if anyone have experience with them, if not anyone can reco any trustable PI too?

Hi. Is there a stockist or two in Singapore who supplies spare parts for Vezel (or Honda cars)?

 

And is there any specialist workshop as well?

An update after driving the vezel sensing for week.. the anti-collision so far kick in when there veh in front and I'm still running around 30-35km/hr.. so far 1time ebrake for me which surprise me as I let my veh roll when the front veh back side is about to turn off..

 

At gantry with hump so far did not receive any suddenly ebrake from the system.. but when going thru hump fast the sensor will prompt beep.. a prompt message when veh too close and running at 35km

I think different driving patterns, but I’m very used to driving quite close to the gantry. Still need more time to change this habit

The workshop recommends cleaning up the carbon in the engine (de-carbonize) to my Vezel which has traveled 40k km.

 

Is it necessary at all for i-VTEC engines?

Hi about engine oil, which type is better or correct?

My workshop change for me w40 for 1st 1000km from world auto, any comments?

My view is that you should stick to W20 as the manual suggested. Your low mileage means you have a new car/engine. The parts have hardly wear. You don't need such a thick oil (high viscosity) such as W40 at this moment. Mine has run 42k km and I will consult my workshop whether to stick to 20 or not have to go to 30.

 

Scott's wife's Lexus is about 17 years old (I think he mentioned in several of his other videos.) and he continued to use W30. Perhaps it has low mileage.

Hi all, new to this forum. Am planning to get a Honda Vezel but not sure which PI is reliable.

 

Does anyone have recommendation on a reputable PI to go to? Hopefully one that also provide good after sale service for the car? Appreciate any advice.  [:)]

1 is made in 2018, the other made in 2019. No difference.
