It is marketed as the "New" Karoq but discerning consumers will know that this is not the upcoming facelift model. Anyway, it is back to VES Band B again (hurray!). Website did not say whether it features ACT technology, so not sure if the unit is identical to the one in the Scala. https://www.skoda.com.sg/karoq Yes the 1.5 TSI EA211 Evo is with ACT bro. 😊 On 12/1/2021 at 10:13 AM, phozt said: @Totota Audi comes with multi link rear suspension vs Skoda torsion beam. you do get what you pay for. (Ok, maybe you also paid a little extra for the 4 rings) Yes the A3 does comes with the rear multi link but the Octavia out competes with a lot more space in the passenger seat and functionality of the Lift back in the trunk at a much better price. So it comes down to what you are looking for in your ride, space, brand, drive etc.

Taking into consideration these are prices before discounts. Add to the fact, the GTI pricing is right round that corner. Don't forget, SCS and VCS are one of the same. It will be hard to compare the current pricing back to 2018 2019 days. Which was market penetration mode, and really just a sell off of EOL stocks to make it work. The COE back then was 30 to 50K.

I think the i30N fastback represents a better value . Just that the interior creature comforts is macham 2005 year from the mkV gti . even than, the interior trims uses real metal pieces and rear air vent for the aircon which Hyundai does not have. Anyway, really tempted by V60 CC, good value proposition. Too bad COE is sky high now, not quite worth chasing the tail. 3
