Need to go for paint respray for this?

yes and no.

The spray painter needs to have the experience in making the blob as bubbly as the previous version IF you are doing a re spray of part of the rocker panel damage.

Its quite common by tuff kote at sim ming to spray.

It's normal, it is called the bitumen coating. For anti corrosion of under carriage.

Hi

anyone having this issue too?

Car side Skirting starts to bubble but i can't be sure if its like that when i took the car or due to these few days wet weather.

Car is only 1 week old

Saw Skoda cars at road show.

Was blown away by Superb space & specs.

It was 119k. I think that is reasonable?

No L&K show car tho, SE said only at their showroom.

Lift back boot space is always a “wow” factor.

I remember 4 yrs back being wowed by my friend’s old Octavia. He changed to BMW 3 and complained boot space tiny....

if you meant uniformity, there will not be able to duplicate that on the undercoat as its a random blob.
