Ano727 2nd Gear May 2, 2022 Share May 2, 2022 Hi guys, just saw this in my Karoq today. Any idea how to clear these errors? Is it safe to drive still? Checked my tire pressure and they are all normal (35 psi), but also can’t clear the TPS error.

Similar errors that came on after engine start but disappear after driving a while. Even EPC warning came on now and then after engine start. I went to the service centre and all messages cleared after they change the car battery.

Just changed battery to Bosch EFB last December. Hopefully, don’t need to change battery this soon. Battery seems very strong during crank start. If low voltage, will experience hard start, is that correct? Edited May 2, 2022 by Ano727

I experience the same on my ride at about 4 years mark, a pair of sensors at the cost cost about $200 thereabouts (at 3rd party workshop). Lucky not too expensive to rectify. 5 hours ago, Biglittlebean said: Can't find new Skoda Superb on sgcarmart. SCS no longer selling or no stock at the moment? Probably new stock not in yet, or that SCS is trying to clear stock for other model such as Kodiaq, Kamiq and Scala first. Next generation Superb will only be launching next year, and will be 2024 earliest before it hit out shore, so unlikely it has been discounted now.
Zhaak Clutched May 12, 2022 Share May 12, 2022 Wonder when the new Kodiaq facelift will launch, maybe in June after they clear out the existing old stocks? They seem to be aggressively pushing for the clearance of the old Kodiaq stocks. I am tempted to get either the Octavia Combi or the new facelift Kodiaq (depends on the price difference).

Octavia Combi is 5 seater and Kodiaq is 7 seater, see which suits you more. Maybe our regular Skoda SE @AriesGoat can help you.

Maybe our regular Skoda SE @AriesGoat can help you. I am okay with 5-seater. Even if I get the Kodiaq, I will permanently fold down the last row of seats because I need the generous boot space for all the stuff I am always carrying around. I heard Combi looks and drives great (more so than SUV), that is why I am considering it. Also, worried that the new Kodiaq will hit close to 200k (sportline trim) when launched. 😉
Carbon82 Moderator May 12, 2022 Author Share May 12, 2022 @Zhaak if you are considering the 1.5L variant of Kodiaq or Octavia Combi, the outgoing pre-facelift Kodiaq would be a good buy. With a cost price of close to $165K (inclusive of all taxes, 12 months road tax and COE), the current promo price of $169.9K is very attractive imo. It is using the same 1.5L TSI unit found in the facelift Kodiaq, so you have nothing to lose, unless you are after the new look (but be prepared to pay a premium for it, probably at $30K profit). ↡ Advertisement
