This is what is rumored. Going for the 2mil baht range sector dominated by Fortuna now (1.6-1.8mil baht).

My personal view is can not compare these 2 because Fortunate after all is pickup based while the Ascent is purely suv.

I’ve got 4 colleagues now having the Forrester 1 is made in Malaysia while the other 3 who bought slightly later are made in Thailand, they costs between 1.2-2.4mil baht here. I rode in them and test driven and I’m very impressed by the handling, ride comfort and especially the sense of a solid car cannot be found in any Japanese cars (besides the high end). I almost wanted to get it recently until one of the colleagues told me about the Ascent.

I’m eagerly looking forward to the Ascent as I had read so many good things from the internet.
