Official ORD is on 4 Nov, but their ORD parade was held a week earlier, together with the red beret presentation ceremony of the incoming batch at the end of their X72 (72 hours exercise + 72 km route March). BTW, one of our minister's son is in this batch of new Commando. 

It is also the Golden Jubilee of the 1st Commando Battalion, thus the '50' wording. And yes, the onion and chilli is to pray for no rain. Believe it or not, the sky was very clear throughout the whole 2+ hours parade, but a heavy downpour follow within half an hour after the parade ended.

 Heavy downpour? When? Today and yesterday weather super sunny and hot siah.
