Red velvet cake is made with beetroot for the colour. The good ones don't use red dye

Yep, those who have eaten the ones with beetroot coloring should taste the difference.

 

But I suspect those in the ice creams are just red colorings only.

 

Not a big fan even if it is regarded as 阿搭式.

 

The simple chocolate cake is still the best satisfying.
