Maybe it is due to the wheel arches being big, due to fat tyres as standard. Forces the pedals to be placed nearer to the centre console on the left, and the steering wheel being straight ahead appears to be off-set to right.

Just bad design.... Can move the whole driver seat to the left too to align everything.

I not expert in flying aeroplane like @Mustank

Doing this creates another set of ergonomic problems. Less shoulder room, cannot rest right elbow on the rest provided. The early Alfas suffered from this malady. And the cockpit was really small with bad ergonomics.

Cannot adapt don't get this car lol. 

I owned before Japan, Korea and conti. Have never have any problem at all. 

Travel oversea, rental car.  Both Japanese or conti, get in adjust everything and just drive off. No problem or what cannot get used. Even for manual left hand drive in Germany. 

Some people feel stress when they drive because they don't even get into a comfortable sitting posture.  Sometimes fun outside saw their driving position,  almost kissing the steering wheel.  I also feel stress.

Just sit relax and drive and will not felt tired easily.

that is no war machine 

it is for peace, love, building, constructing, building up

That is actually a very precise load releaser

There are very complex calculations to be made before the precise dropping of the load into the load bearer

One by one when once the load is precisely released into the load bearers, the building gets constructed and people can then move in to call it a home
