When PHV is mentioned, what are your immediate thoughts?

The blue sticker does not mean for phc only. It could also be a commerical registered vehicle.

I read that MID rent cars as well.

So maybe all the rental cars now have the decal.

There's nothing wrong with having a decal, if they are not using it for PH business.

I dunno, I read that some people say MINDEF just stick MID plate over the rental car plate number.

nope its not photoshop but real as from time to time for some events they put their own plates over rental cars

if you look carefully, near the right and left side of the plate got like some kind of band or adhesion on it

Actually i dont understand the logic behind. Nowadays PHV decal can appear on any type of car de, even some luxury cars?!
