Is number 78 consider a nice number ? Any special meaning ?

To me No to both question.

Such number normally attract landed house owner with the same unit number.

Anyway if you asked mean not significant to you.. so if u buying skip.. if u r selling all the best. 😁

No special meaning. It should be meaningful to you if you chose to buy a certain number. Otherwise it's just a 2 digit number.

Hi bros, wondering if anyone can provide some advice (can’t seem to find a similar situation on the forums)

I’ll be buying my first car (used) next week, previous owner wants to retain his number. I understand that in this case LTA will issue new one for free, but I recently found someone selling a number plate online that I want to purchase. Will the usual charges be applicable in this case?

Yes. Retention fee $1300 (to LTA) for an old plate to an old car.

No such thing as swap....

unless you (seller) transfer your car to your friend (Buyer) of the plates..

then retain, then replace on your desired car.

involves a lot of cost. $1300 to retain, $321 to replace. Do your math .

321 is when you bid a new plate and put on old car. Old car to Old car is still 1300

Hi Steptronic. If I bid for a new plate to put on an old car i.e. COE car, how much would it cost?
