Such number normally attract landed house owner with the same unit number. Anyway if you asked mean not significant to you.. so if u buying skip.. if u r selling all the best. 😁

It should be meaningful to you if you chose to buy a certain number. Otherwise it's just a 2 digit number.
fiddlerkrab Neutral Newbie November 1, 2020 Share November 1, 2020 (edited) Hi bros, wondering if anyone can provide some advice (can’t seem to find a similar situation on the forums) I’ll be buying my first car (used) next week, previous owner wants to retain his number. I understand that in this case LTA will issue new one for free, but I recently found someone selling a number plate online that I want to purchase. Will the usual charges be applicable in this case? retrozz 3rd Gear November 1, 2020 Share November 1, 2020 Got it, thanks! That means and go thru LTA directly to "swap" number plates? Can't seem to find the info on the motoring website.
GaryPavo Clutched November 2, 2020 Share November 2, 2020 No such thing as swap.... unless you (seller) transfer your car to your friend (Buyer) of the plates.. then retain, then replace on your desired car. involves a lot of cost. $1300 to retain, $321 to replace. Do your math .
