Mkl22 Twincharged April 4, 2018 Share April 4, 2018 Agree. Make sense to renew COE for those cars left with a few months 10 yrs since the PQP is comparative lower now. But according to record, there are a vast majority who has already done so over the past 4 years. Most of them only revalidated their rides for 5 years and no further extension allowed. That means this group of car owners are all ready to jump into the new car market anytime now.Which is good because this will even out the coe supply and the dip from 2019 till 2023 won’t be that bad

Dafansu Turbocharged April 4, 2018 Share April 4, 2018 Sienta price went up by 2K yesterday. One possibility is that they are expecting COE this round to drop so that they can advertise this weekend that they have "slashed" their price! Another possibility is that their supply of Sienta cannot keep up with the demand as there have been a lot of orders for Sienta recently. A third possibility is that they dropped their price a lot earlier this year in order to push the PIs out of the market. Now that the PIs for Sienta (petrol) are mostly gone, they raise their prices back. anyway Toyota and Mazda are those ADs that always like to increase pricing before the bids. Actually after the 5th yr can sell of the car or trade-in if the price is right! Even scrap the car will get back the residual coe......

Unfair 3rd Gear April 4, 2018 Share April 4, 2018 Due to PQP system, hard for existing users to get a cheap COE to renew existing cars. Any reason why new COE cannot just be added to existing COE term so that we dont have to wait for last few months of current COE to renew ? Seems like a really lazy way of implementation. Jounetsu 1st Gear April 4, 2018 Share April 4, 2018 After past few months of see sawing, COE moved sideway during the last bidding. Feel that this round, Cat A will hoover around $38K or +/- $1K to $2K. Cat B, due to absent of various models; likely will be flat or lower by $1K to $2K. If Cat B has more new models for these few months, it will probably take some pressure off Cat A.

Unfair 3rd Gear April 4, 2018 Share April 4, 2018 COE in down trend. You think PQP system is unfair. What happen when COE cheong up? What's the benefit of PQP Vs normal COE bidding ? COE drastic drop you are stuck with higher price. If it's a drastic increase you can simply wait for next biddings. You think they invented it to allow renewals be at a lower price ? kdash Supersonic April 4, 2018 Share April 4, 2018 Great workhorse indeed! Developed a love relationship with my ride. To forgo is like dumping a faithful wife who has sticked with me through thick and thin for a young chic. 𤣠No way! Just replaced all shocks and control arms last weekend and now back to itâs glorious days again. kudos! i wonder if i will drive the same car for 10 years or not... ↡ Advertisement
