I was recommended these toyo tyres for continental car.

I am looking for tyres for ordinary family usage.  Comfort will be the priority.

I hardly drive in rainy condition and even if I drive it would be about 80km/hr.

I was told these are made in Japan.

Would welcome any comments and recommendations.

I heard some years back that Silverstone is owned by Toyo, or using Toyo's technology to produce tyres.

That was when the Atlantis V7 was marketed as cheap and good.

That's what the tyre shop boss told me when I tried the Silverstone Atlantis V7 some years back.

Cheap yes, but damn noisy. Grip tapered off after 30k km.
