Got a message from my SE yesterday. My Cerato is finally arriving next week and registration on 18Dec. So should be collecting my car before Christmas. Was also told about the $388 kia care bundle which I think I will purchase.

May I knw what Kia Care Bundle is that?

I thought horizon blue is stated in the brochure? But it's only available for this model.

Did anyone here change the Head Unit or attached amplifiers, subwoofers to the stock Head Unit?

 

I am into music and the ability to upgrade the car audio is certainly an important consideration for me.

You can change existing front stock speakers and add an under seat subwoofer but better is to have an amplifier + sub. When you upgrade front speakers you might as well do SP to the front door as well

I noticed that my speedometer is actually 5km/h higher than actual speed. In my previous car, the speed indication in Waze was same with the speedometer. However, this new Kia Cerato is usually 5km/h higher ie if the car indicates 70km/h, the actual speed is only 65km/h. I do feel that the speed is slower than indicated. Anyone faces same thing?

Do you know if it requires to remove the door panels entirely like on the older Forte ?

That’s very common. I had a corolla and a renault, both were displaying 4-5 km/h higher than the real speed.
