After teaching her with not much success today, I did some drills for a short while before have to head home for dinner. Aloe111 5th Gear September 20, 2019 Share September 20, 2019 (edited) I think it's good to cross train to minimize injuries, and perhaps break the monotony of doing just one sport. Mayb my son got that gene, his coach said if he learn to pole vault, he can try decathlon liao. Lala81 Hypersonic October 5, 2019 Share October 5, 2019 I enjoy my time in the pool. Only thing i actively look forward to. Trying to improve my front crawl. But due to limited time and wanting to do my jogs (walk the dog also), some gym etc, only got time once a week. Was supposed to swim on Thurs afternoon while my kids play at the pool. But my friend who's on leave brought his kids up as well. So to jaga the kids, didn't swim. We had dinner with macdonald's, drove them back home, then drove back to swim. Datsun366 Turbocharged October 5, 2019 Share October 5, 2019 (edited) Swimming is very well the best form of exercise. V shaped bodies, can eat well, no injuries per se.
