From what I read, there are intensity zoning via power. Even in Garmin and Training peaks, you can input you lactate threshold Power, and they will auto zone the intensity range.

That's for cycling.

Now waiting for the hex bar to join and complete the set up next week.

Tomorrow might have to go deca see got anything can get to attach to the columns to hang the bar collars and dip belt.

The young man already did more than 20 pull ups,  while the old man only did 3 for QC. Had to stop him and ban him from going near the rack until he complete his race time trial on Monday...  [laugh][laugh][laugh]

At first I had the thought,  but my son was very against the idea,  so the idea was changed to indoor after we managed to convince his mother.  [laugh][laugh][laugh]

you just need to buy a sturdy dog leash (or a soft woven rope) and you can use it for weighted pull ups. So instead of 20+ pull ups, add a xxkg weight to add strength. Do less yet do more (in the longer run).

I actually have the dip/ pull up belt,  and we have been doing weighted pull ups with the pull up rack outside before this power rack came. [laugh][laugh][laugh]
