That's cuz USA and SK held war-games last week.

 

If they want peace, both sides need to start de-escalating. Kim shouldn't be stupid enough to unilaterally disarm when the other side is practicing how to invade NK.

Did NK step over the line? Sure they did.

 

But I hardly think USA (just 1 small example of Iraq) and Japan (remember WW2?) are in a position to complain about lines being crossed. Kim (or his father) was smart enough to get nukes in place. USA just kpkb because now they can't go disturb NK the same way they did Iraq.

Frankly, I have no worries over North Korea.

 

They are only interested in self-preservation against US aggression. I'm more worried over how Japan is going to use this as a reason to rearm.

this is quite true.

which is why  even though china is NK ally, 

china is not on NK side on this issue.

 

a icbm nuclear arm NK will give japan all the excuse to up their arm forces, and change their laws.

and provide US with even more reason to send more troops and weapon at SK.

If USA and South korea wants to invade NK, they would have done it long ago, no need to wait until NK has ICMB with nuclear tip.
