mine was FOC for whole process, as they had some offer

promotion of their svcs, and testing some survey so that was the reason.....also cos i'm at poverty level, so they gave FOC

fees vary. So just ask around.

Some people think it's too expensive the fees.

But ... if there's a dispute and the professional in question has to go to Court to get grilled like before, then actually its a bloody huge hassle for the professional involved.

Medical practitioner should be around $50 with another sum for issuing certificate. I reckon about $100 all in can get it done. 😁

I went to a clinic near my place.$50.

There is one doing for $30 but appointments are stacked up for months.
