Carbon82 Moderator May 18, 2018 Share May 18, 2018 Community Service Time Looking at the revenue from the last bidding exercise, the $136 mil collected is the lowest since Feb 2015, and even if we assume that there is an additional $20 mil collected from VES every month, the total figure is still >20% lesser than the average COE revenue collected (per bidding) in 2016 & 2017. Sustainable? Good Luck to all vested! 2001 - 2003 2004 - 2006 2007 - 2009 2010 - 2012 2013 - 2015 2016 - 2018 The details of the May 2018 second open bidding exercise for Certificates of Entitlement (COEs) are as follows: Tender opens: Monday, 21 May 2018, 12 noon Tender closes: Wednesday, 23 May 2018, 4.00 pm Tender results: Wednesday, 23 May 2018 (Available on the www.onemotoring.com.sg website) The total quota available for this tender is 4,189 for the following vehicle categories: NON-TRANSFERABLE CATEGORIES: Category A: Cars (up to 1600cc & 97kW (130bhp)) => 1,434 Category B: Cars (above 1600cc or 97kW (130bhp)) => 1,283 Category D: Motorcycles => 529 TRANSFERABLE CATEGORIES: Category C: Goods Vehicles and Buses => 385 Category E: Open Category => 558 During the bidding exercise, bidders can check on the status of their bids and revise their reserve price using these banks’ services or the LTA Open Bidding website (https://ocoe.lta.gov.sg). ↡ Advertisement

Of course not sustainable. Issue more COEs!And stop increasing GST on the people. This round you open the thread really early.

Matrix0405 5th Gear May 19, 2018 Share May 19, 2018 This round is the last round for VES2.0. Those who have bough have would have bought, Dealers need to get aggressive to clear their orders, like in last Nov. Car prices next month likely attract additional $10K VES , which eventually compensated by $10K fall in COE in July; because nobody is going to buy car next month. Dafansu Turbocharged May 19, 2018 Share May 19, 2018 (edited) Firesale by Uber's Fleet. Lots of Mazda 3 going for $70++k only, relatively new less than 1 year old car. If this keep coming into the market, the COE will continue it's downward pressure. http://www.sgcarmart.com/used_cars/listing.php?BRSR=50&MOD=Mazda%203&FR=2016&TO=2018&ASL=1 Edited May 19, 2018 by Dafansu

Obviously tweaked. One of the ways is to match the mileage to the wear on the tires and the date code of the tires. If it’s original tires, the date code should precede the registration date. Also scuffs on the left side panel of the rear doors should be more than the right, given the number of passengers in and out daily. If it’s a LCR Car. Laterally tow into and out of the car park. This is just 1 of the handful storage area, you can even go and pick what you want,maybe...
