I think they can if their parent company didn't went bankrupt.

Look at so many GIANT stores all over Singapore. Just need to retain the store in Suntec City because the GIANT store there is pathetic.

Second location could be taking over Big Box.

But the outlet in PS might be a failure because CBD don't need two big stores of the same name.
